Phase 1 – October 2024 to April 2025
The completion of Phase 1 of this project and the creation of 9 new beautifully designed guestrooms with our regular client @truepubco.
- Full strip out and reconfiguration of the space to create nine guestrooms – all with new ensuite bathrooms
- All new electrics throughout, including LED down lights in bedrooms and ensuites, new antique brass sockets & switches, bedside lamps, sensor lights in corridors and fire & smoke alarms in each room.
- Exposed brickwork to add character, texture, and warmth
- Victorian cornices in each room to add elegance and character
- Sleek and stylish top mounted black sliding ensuite doors with frosted glass, to allow natural light into the bathrooms.
- Oak and light walnut acoustic panels so guests can enjoy a peaceful nights rest.
