Our Project of the Year!!!
Transformation of 2 floors of derelict space above this pub into a beautiful guesthouse – another great project we are proud to showcase for our regular client @truepubco
Thanks to our great team of skilled sub-contractors who, through collaboration and team work, have again demonstrated their commitment to deliver a very high standard of work.
- Full strip out of both floors
- Reconfiguration of the layout to create 11 rooms – all with newly created ensuite bathrooms
- All new electrics throughout, including down lights, new sockets & switches, reading lights, backlights for mirrors in all bedrooms and bathrooms, sensor lights for corridors, fire alarm and smoke alarms.
- Acoustic glass in windows so guests can enjoy a peaceful nights rest.
- Cornices in each room to add elegance and character
- Period style antique brass ironmongery
